18 Year old Lucy Kate Hale plays, the younger sister, Becca Sommers on the new TV show "Bionic Woman" starring Michelle Ryan. She is so cute! I hope we see lots more of her! Here is an interview with Lucy Kate where she talks about her character on the show.
